learned is really priceless. I've
been eating "healthy" for years
and was always turned off by all the clumsy
work that went along with most peoples version of making
kefir and growing grasses. I just figured I didn't have the typical
farmers mentality it required! I was right! But, your methods blow past all the
lovemaking of the
soil, I have seen and
made even getting my hands dirty a noble aspiration.
When I can afford it, I will
be ordering the cleansing kit. I have tried others with varying degrees
of success. I have also done the Master Cleanse (22 days) and several
liver/gallbladder
cleanses in the past. You are obviously a picture of terrific health.
It is truly an inspiration to see one who walks his talk. Because of

personality
limitations and aversion to gardening and time constraint. You have

crops. my wife and I have been juicing wheatgrass going on 4 months. we
drink 3
ounces each every morning. Straight. Worked up to this
amount. seems like alot but I
think it really curbs your desire to eat. Wife had breast cancer 2
years ago and
hoping this and larger amounts of juice will keep things at bay.......
...............i'm
53 and people say i look in my forties. noticed our skin is really
looking good, from the wheatgrass. what a difference 3 ounces makes.

excited to see Charlie using his inborn human creativity so I wanted to
post his picture here.
Yo Michael, these are pics of my first and
second attempt at
wheatgrass propigation.
I made shots two days in
a row, an amazing experience. Also tried a very small amount with my
---- ---, like you said "LIGHT YO HEAD UP" wow. For the past two
days when I take a deep breath the air entering my nostrils feels so
cool and smooth, it's hard to describe.
