growing my own wheatgrass according to your videos. I
have nice
crops. my wife and I have been juicing wheatgrass going on 4 months. we
drink 3
ounces each every morning. Straight. Worked up to this
amount. seems like alot but I
think it really curbs your desire to eat. Wife had breast cancer 2
years ago and
hoping this and larger amounts of juice will keep things at bay. also
using a water
ionizer. drinking 10ph water. again had to work up to that...........

53 and people say i look in my forties. noticed our skin is really
