- these grains came back quick. 11 months ago I let them
dry on the counter and put them in a jar with dry powdered milk
granules. I opened them up a week ago. They came back so quick - had
separation in 3 days! These pics are from the 5th day. Got some good
grassy milk. These kids are from your
grains I got in April of 2009. This was the smoothest, creamiest, best
tasting kefir I have ever made.

cured it in no time..."
My friend had an extremely stubborn case of intertrigo, a yeast lesion which formed where the sun don't shine. She had it for two years and tried numerous remedies, mostly of the pharmaceutical ik...yuk, blah, barf! NOTHING WORKED! Anyway, she cured it in no time by daubing kefir on it. ...after a course of several
antibiotics I began to suffer from psorias. So my specialist
tried to restore
gut ecology with VSL # 3, an advanced probiotic with 8 different
species of probiotic
micro-organism – seemed reasonable to me. I took it for three months
